You will need government issued photo ID and a valid major credit card.
Yes. We recommend you insure your possessions via your homeowner’s insurance or by getting storage/contents insurance. We do not provide insurance.
Yes, our storage unit lease agreements are month-to-month. If you are interested in long term storage, a discount is available for annual payees.
Yes. We offer outdoor parking spaces for any size vehicle. All outdoor parking units must be in good working order, with current registration and insurance.
Rent is due on the first (1st) of every month.
Yes, we encourage all customers to take advantage of our pre-authorized payment system by putting a major credit card on file.
Yes. Our facility offers secure access via a personalized access code.
Customers are required to provide their own lock. We sell two (2) sizes of padlock in our office.
Yes, our facility is serviced by a pest control company on a monthly basis.
We require thirty (30) days written notice to vacate and ensure you are not billed for another month. Confirmation when you are completely moved out is also required.
You cannot store food, perishables, combustibles, explosives or illicit materials.
